At just over 6' tall, this very large haunted house themed cat condo is perfect for those with a flare for the occult. The large house has interior space approx. 48"W x 36"D, with 3 full levels, the lower 2 having 2 separate rooms. The heights of the levels range from 12"-14" for excellent vertical clearance for even larger cats. The first level has 2 openings for your cats, and each floor has a hole for your cats to climb up and down the interior. Also, there is a hole in the roof, so that your cats can enjoy the exterior lounge area, which is 5' high from the floor. The 3rd level is one single room that opens up into the belfry. The optional extra-large base is 3-dimensional to create a hill. The size of the base is about 92"W x 87"D x 13"H (without the gravestones). The carpeted gravestones are securely attached to the base. The house section is approx. 62"H x 59"W x 48"D. To make it possible to fit this massive cat condo through the average doorway, the unit ships in 3 parts (2 parts if base is not ordered). Some assembly required.
