         Our product line includes several furniture types.  In short - there are a lot of choices.  To get started, you can click the "catalog" button at the top of the screen, to see our products arranged by category.  Or you can click the "search" button to search our products based on your budget, furniture size, the number of cats you have, and the features you want.  Then, it's just a matter of finding something that suits to your style.

         In the navigation bar, click the "Search" button.  Then, select the options, such as price range, size, and the number of cats you have.  Our custom search engine will display only the items that match your search criteria.  Results are displayed ten items per page with descriptions and links to video clips and customizing options.  

         Knowing your cat's habits and preferences can be helpful.  Cats have an instinct to climb, so the higher is often the better.  The main thing to consider is whether to include enclosures or not.  Some cats may feel trapped by enclosures, or "condos".  If your cats are curious by nature, chances are that they will like going inside a condo.  If you have a dog that chases your cat, a ground level condo is not recommended.  If you are unsure about condos, it is best to choose something that has mostly exterior lounge spaces.

         Our furniture is a cut above the rest.  We use only high quality carpet, in a wide range of colors and styles.  The uniqueness of our designs is unmatched in the cat furniture industry.  We consider each piece we build to be a work of art.  We strive to make each one perfect, down to the smallest detail.  Also, we offer more customizing options than any other cat furniture company.

         Most cat furniture found in stores is made cheaply and quickly, with little attention to detail.  Cat furniture is typically made with 2 x 4's, cardboard tubing, and plywood or particleboard.   Particleboard is brittle and can break, especially if it gets wet.  We use plywood or OSB (Oriented Strand Board), which are stronger.  The way that the carpet is attached is also important.  If it is not attached well, it will begin to tear as your cats scratch it.  To extend the life of the carpet, we staple the carpet very securely, especially in areas where cats are likely to scratch.  The stability of the furniture is another area that we focus on.  We make sure that the parts of our furniture do not wobble.  This means that our products are solid and will not fall apart.

         If you have toddlers or very small children, we recommend that you stay away from our ground-level condos.  Although the entrances to our condos are small, our goal is to make them large enough for overweight cats to fit through.  This means that a toddler could potentially squeeze through the opening.  If you are concerned about this, let us know and we can make the entrances just big enough for your cats to fit through.  As far as stability, we have wide bases on our products so that it is difficult to topple them over.

         Yes, the vast majority of our furniture is designed so that cats don't have to jump or climb with claws in order to move up and down.  Therefore, older, overweight, and de-clawed cats are able to climb our trees, condos, and towers with ease.  Also, the entrances to our condos are large enough for even overweight cats to fit through.  In addition, we build our furniture to withstand the weight of large or overweight cats.  If you have an exotic wildcat breed that weighs more than 30 lbs., we can build something custom with extra-large platforms, and extremely solid construction to accommodate your needs.

         We don't recommend using our products outside.  However, as long as the item is kept out of the rain or snow, the only real problem is that it is more likely to get dirty.  Also, the carpet may fade from the UV rays of the sun.  If you want something that is made inexpensively, we can use low-grade carpet instead of our standard high-quality plush carpet.

         Our products are very sturdy and well balanced.  They are designed to avoid wobbling parts.  Also, we incorporate wide bases, to ensure that even the tallest of our products will not topple over, even if your cats use them to "launch" from the top to another location.

         Yes, several of our products are designed for multiple cats.  In fact, we have a few furniture items that can comfortably accommodate and support the weight of up to twelve cats at the same time!

         Yes.  The way to reduce the cost is to use carpet remnants, which cost less than the carpet that we specially order.  The quality is usually the same, but the color selection is extremely limited.  Typically, only beiges, off-whites, gray, some pastels, and darker colors can be found as remnants.  Using remnants can reduce the overall cost by as much as 25%.  Contact us with your request, and we will try to help you.

         Most of our products can be built within a day or two.  However, we build furniture items in the order that they we receive them.  Most orders are built and shipped within a week or so.  The maximum time that it could take is 4 weeks.

         Large furniture items must be shipped by freight.  Due to their size, shipping charges can be high.  However, some of our larger furniture products can be shipped partially unassembled to reduce shipping costs.  In that case, some assembly would be required on your part.  If you request this option, we will include a complete set of assembly instructions.  Assembly is not difficult, but a certain degree of skill and a drill may be required.   Also, if you can arrange for us to ship to a business location, instead of your home, shipping charges can be reduced by as much as $50.  This is because freight companies usually charge a fee to ship to a residence.

         We offer a wide range of plush carpet colors.  We also offer animal skin printed carpets.  In addition to our standard carpet colors and styles, we can specially order any carpet that is available.  This means that we can typically match your home decor.  Special orders will increase shipping time and the price of your order.  Contact us with your request for a free quote.

         Some of our trees and condos do not come with scratch posts, but have an option for them within the customizing options.  If the option is not listed, we may be able to alter the design to allow for a scratch post.  However, this would constitute a "custom order", which conflicts with our return policy (See "Custom Order Returns" in our "Policies" section for details).  Contact us with your request for pricing and availability.

         Yes, but not always.  It really depends on which option.  In many cases, this would constitute a "custom order".  For example, if you want to order a small, single-level condo and add a scratch post, we would have to alter the design to allow for the addition.  Contact us with your request for pricing and availability.  Additional fees may apply.

         Yes, we can duplicate most lettering styles.  However, since the lettering is made out of carpet, there are certain limitations to the amount of detail and size of the letters that can be done.  Contact us with a sample of the lettering style that you like for pricing and availability.

         Yes, but this will depend on whether the toy is still available to us.  If the toy is shown on our website, we can probably still get it.  If your cat toys need to be replaced, we can send replacements to you.  These replacement toys will come with an ample amount of string or plastic cord attached to them.  The cost is $5.00 for each replacement toy.

         Yes, all of our products have been tested to ensure that they can be moved though a standard 30" wide doorway.   However, some of them must be carried on their side by two people and turned as you move them through the doorway.  A few of them require minor disassembly before they can be moved through a doorway.  These products will be shipped disassembled so that you can initially move them through doorways.  Instructions are also included.

         Due to the size and weight of some of our larger products you should not attempt to carry them by yourself.  Please, use good judgment to avoid overexertion.

         The carpet on our products can be vacuumed or spot-cleaned with most carpet cleaning products.  However, we recommend that you do not wet it thoroughly, as water may soak through to the structural materials underneath the carpet, possibly causing water damage.  Water damage of any kind may void our 5-year limited warranty (see our "Policies" section for details).  Over time, the sisal rope on the scratch posts may become frayed from scratching.  To keep it looking new, you can use a pair of scissors to cut off the excess sisal "hairs".  If hanging cat toys become worn, they can be replaced.  After years of repeated scratching, the carpet on your furniture item may become torn or frayed.  If this occurs, we recommend that you find a local carpet store that can make the necessary repairs for you.  If you live in the Los Angeles area, we can make these repairs ourselves.  If you live outside of our delivery/pickup area, shipping charges would be too high to justify the expense.

         At this time, our products are only available through our website and a few selected retail stores in the Los Angeles area.  If you would like to see our products at pet stores in your area, you may tell your local pet store manager about our website.

         In the future, we will have a printed catalog, but we do not have one to send to you, at this time.  When our catalog is available, we will post a bulletin about it on our home page.

         Yes, we do offer wholesale prices for the purpose of resale.  However, due to shipping costs, we sell mostly to stores in the Los Angeles area.  We can, however, deliver to anywhere in Southern California, Western Arizona, and Las Vegas provided that you meet our minimum order requirements.  In addition, the store or distributorship must pay delivery charges.  Contact us for a list of wholesale prices and other details.
